The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of use (known as the "GTC") is to provide a legal framework for the terms and conditions under which Echelon Advisory makes the site and its services available and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by the "User".

These GTC are accessible on the site under the heading "Terms & Conditions".

In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or execution, Echelon Advisory and the User shall seek an amicable agreement before taking any legal action.

 

In the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement within two (2) months of notification of the dispute by one party to the other, only the courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
